Delivery Information

We are pleased to ship worldwide to nearly any address. Each order is packed and shipped professionally, insured, for your peace of mind. If you plan to visit us at our physical shop, you can buy in store and your purchase will be delivered straight to your house or any other location. To make deliveries less complicated, we request that you give a whole street address where the parcel could be approached.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is easy to understand. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with what you bought you can return it to us within 15 days of getting it for a refund of the price you paid excluding the original postage cost. To get a refund the item must be returned in its condition, unused and with all original packaging and labels.

Returns made after 15 days or without labels may have a restocking fee.
If we made a mistake and you need to return something we will pay for the return shipping up to a level and send you the correct item at no extra charge.
