Return and Warranty Policy

If you receive a product that does not match your order due to our oversight, please contact our support immediately. We will initiate a direct return and fully compensate the shipping charges regardless of your location. We value our global community and always put our customers' legal interests first.

All brand new products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers and specific items, so please refer to the package documentation for exact details. Please keep your original packaging, receipts, and manufacturer documentation to ease communication with us or the manufacturer directly if the need arises.

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of package delivery for products that are brand new, unmounted, and completely unused in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Contact Our Support Channel

Reach out directly to our customer support via Email or WhatsApp. Provide your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and an unedited unboxing video as valid proof.

Pack Your Return Items Safely

Once approved by our team, place all products back into their original, undamaged product boxes with all internal manuals and components intact. Pack it securely in a sturdy outer shipping box to withstand long-distance shipping.

Ship to Our Physical Address

Ship the package back to our official store location in Depok, Indonesia using a trusted registered international or local courier service (such as DHL, FedEx, JNE, or J&T) that provides valid tracking. Share the tracking code with our support team.

Return Shipping Cost & Responsibilities

Store Oversight / Errors

If a return is required because we sent the wrong product variation, an incomplete part, or a factory defect is verified, Playnation Hobby will bear 100% of the return shipping fees (applicable for both domestic and international buyers).

Buyer Change of Mind

If a return is initiated due to a change of mind or accidental wrong model selection by the buyer, the return shipping expenses, cross-border customs clearance duties, and import taxes are fully covered by the buyer.

Refund Processing

Once your returned package arrives safely at our physical warehouse location in Indonesia, our inspection team will verify the product's condition within 24 hours. Approved refund amounts will be instantly processed and sent back to your original payment route (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) or domestic/international bank account within 2 - 5 business days.
